It all started when two best friends decided they could do just about anything better then the way it was being done. One of them a hunk with a businesses background, law degree, and a way to do it better. The other is a geek with a background in architecture, graphic design and web development, and a way to make it look better. So a friendship, a dream and a challenge to build an empire started with one company at a time and three goals always in mind excellence, integrity, and quality.
Sherwin M. Shafie is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the University of Baltimore School of Law and is one of the original founders of S3 Companies. Sherwin grew up as the son of a business man and no matter how hard he tried to break away, there was always something calling him back to that entrepreneurial need to venture into the unknown. With a strong connection to the community and desire to serve the public through his early years as an EMT, fire fighter and police officer. Sherwin felt that he could use his connection to people in his entrepreneurial endeavors
Saman Rooeintan is one of the original founders of S3
Companies. He is an artist at heart and a graphic designer
by trade. Saman studied architecture at New Jersey Institute of Technology
and that experience helped him develop a deeper appreciation for the
liberal arts and its vital impact on peoples’ everyday lives.
He has always envisioned that people could live better through beautiful
and efficient design. Saman also believes arts play a vital role in
creating a more harmonic society and also raising the level of sophistication
of general populous. Hence he teamed up with his long time friend
Sherwin to create an environment that was conducive to realizing his
dreams and also harnessing his creativity. This partnership has resulted
in positive transformations already and he hopes to carry on with
his mission and bring visual prosperity to the world around him.
